Peel the sweet potato, cut into small dice and sauté in the butter over a medium heat until soft and golden brown. Cut the cheese into strips. Cut the sobrasada cured sausage. Preheat the oven to 250ºC

Assembly: Cut the dough with a pastry cutter. Spread the sweet potato over the pizza and add the pieces of cheese and broken up sobrasada. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 6-7 minutes. Finish by sprinkling thyme leaves on top.

Notes: To reduce the cooking time of the sweet potato, cover the saucepan with a lid.

Tip: The sweet potato can be substituted with pumpkin or carrot.
