Method
Cut the cucumber with the skin on into long ribbons with a potato peeler.
Cut the cheese into 2 cm dice.

Assembly
Roll up a ribbon of cucumber.
Thread the roll of cucumber onto the skewer, then the anchovy, also rolled up, and finally the wasabi Gouda cheese.

Notes
When threading the cheese, make sure it is done gently to avoid breaking it.

Tip
If it is too difficult to cut the ribbons of cucumber, you can use half a slice.
