Cut the cheese into shavings with a potato peeler. Cut the vegetables into thin strips. Sauté the onion, pepper and courgette in a pan over a high heat with oil for a few minutes. Add the spinach and cook for a few seconds while stirring.
Place the vegetables on the flatbread and season. Add chopped basil, sliced avocado and Džiugas, and close the wrap. Heat in the oven for 10 minutes at 180º and serve.
Notes: It can also be served at room temperature or griddled.
