Teriyaki sauce
Preparation
Cut the feta into cubes. Cut the onion into thin strips and the carrot into thin slices with a peeler. Blend the sauce ingredients. Cook the noodles in plenty of salt water until they are al dente, according to the time indicated by the manufacturer.
In a frying pan or wok, sauté the onion and carrot with a drop of oil for a couple of minutes stirring continuously, add the noodles, bean sprouts, Hotos Feta and sauce, and continue cooking for 30 more seconds, or until the noodles are hot, and serve.
Notes: To prevent the noodles from overcooking, they can be cooled down in ice water or simply cold water. To prevent them from sticking, or if they are not going to be served immediately, you can add a drop of oil.
