For the nut base and the topping
Preparation
Crumble the Wensleydale and blend with the yoghurt and maple syrup until you get a creamy texture. Remove the stones from the dates and blend with the nuts. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and set aside. Place a layer of nut base in each serving glasses followed by the cream cheese.
Garnish with the strawberries and cranberries.
Notes: Maple syrup can be replaced by agave syrup or cereal molasses (rice, barley, etc.).
