Cut the cheese into small dice. Boil the pasta according to the packet instructions. Cut the basil into thin strips or finely chop. Allow the pasta to cool and mix with the cheese and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Serve with the basil leaves as decoration.

Notes

If you miss out the vinegar and sauté all of the ingredients, it can be turned into a hot pasta dish.
