Cut the cheese into dice. Cut the quince cheese into dice the same size as the cheese. Peel the apple and cut the same size as the other ingredients. Brown the diced apple on all sides in a pan with hot oil. Thread pieces of apple, quince cheese and goat's cheese onto each skewer.

Note

As an appetiser or tapa, you can add a little Maldon salt to the apple.
