Cut the cheese into small dice. Chop the meat with a knife or mince in a blender. Blend the ingredients for the tartar sauce. Mix the meat with the cheese and tartar sauce in a bowl. Serve using a mould and accompany with toast and chives sprinkled on top.

Notes

The meat should not be excessively minced, but remain in small pieces.
