Grape flatbread with Brie de Meaux and mushroom oil

Mix the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead thoroughly until a uniform texture is obtained. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. Cut the Brie into slices. Stretch out the dough and embed the grapes into it. Bake at 250ºC for 6-8 minutes. Remove the flatbread from the oven, arrange the pieces of Brie and the thyme on top, and bake for 30 seconds more. Finish with a drizzle of mushroom oil.

Notes

Instead of making the flatbread, a shop-bought pizza base can be used.
