Method
Cut the cheese into long pieces. Cut the bacon rashers in half crosswise Peel and cut off the woody end of the asparagus. Blanch the asparagus in boiling water or steam for 5 minutes. Assemble the rolls by placing an asparagus and a long piece of cheese on one end of the bacon slice, and wrap. Cook the rolls quickly on both sides in a pan with a little oil. Season with Maldon salt just before serving.
