Slice the mushrooms. Peel and cut the apple into dice. Sauté the mushrooms and apple in a pan with a little olive oil until lightly golden brown. Add the sausage with the skin removed to the pan and mix with a wooden spoon, breaking it up to prevent lumps. When the sausage is cooked, place in a bowl and cool. Crumble the cheese into the bowl, season with salt and pepper, and thoroughly mix the filling. Fill the pasties, close and bake at 220ºC for 10 minutes.
