Cut the feta cheese into slices. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. Cut the bread into slices and lightly toast in a toaster or oven at 180ºC. Brown the cheese in a pan with a little olive oil over a high heat and then place on top of the bread. Also cook the prawns in a pan, seasoned with a pinch of salt. Place the prawn on top of the cheese with a couple of grape halves, and hold together with a toothpick. Finish with a grind of black pepper.
Notes: As the cheese melts quickly in the pan, do this step very quickly with a spatula in hand to remove it right away.
