Method Make the cordon bleus by inserting a slice of cheese and a half slice of ham into each piece of meat. Make sure they are tightly closed, season with salt and rest for 5 minutes. Blend the eggs, parsley and peeled garlic and add a pinch of salt. Bread the cordon bleus with the egg and breadcrumbs. Fry the cordon bleus in hot oil or brush with oil and cook them in the oven at 250ºC until golden brown. Notes Serve the cordon bleus with mashed potato or tomato salad.
