Grate the cheese. Blend the eggs, milk, garlic, parsley, flour, salt and yeast until a uniform texture is obtained. Add the cheese and mix thoroughly. Blend the piquillo peppers with the rest of the coulis ingredients. Fry the fritters in hot oil until golden brown and serve with the pepper coulis. Tip Two teaspoons can be used to form the fritters into quenelles.
