Method Mix the egg, buckwheat flour, rice drink, baking powder and salt. Cut the cheese into thin wedges. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, black garlic and herbs, and mix with the olive oil. Cook the buckwheat pancakes in a pan with olive oil on both sides until golden brown. Place the cheese on the pancakes and the chopped mixture on top.
