Method Wash the kale and drain thoroughly. Remove the stems and tear the kale leaves into irregular pieces. In a bowl, mix the kale leaves, olive oil, nutritional yeast and sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly and transfer to a baking tray. Cook in the oven at 180ºC for 10-12 minutes and set aside. Blend the ingredients for the dressing. Cut the Gorgonzola into slices. Make piles of roasted kale and place the cheese on top. Bake for a minute and a half, and serve with the dressing over and around the dish.
